We require the ability to change the location of data files with the sa (system accounting)
srv0# grep accounting_file /etc/rc.d/accounting
accounting_file="/var/account/acct"
change to
: ${accounting_file:="/var/account/acct"}
then we can set the file's location in rc.conf
