SVN rev 199941 on 2009-11-29 20:17:50Z by marcel
Move the sysctl related fields to the end of the structure and
make them conditional upon _KERNEL. libkvm includes <sys/pcpu.h>
and <sys/sysctl.h> does not expose the structure definitions to
userland.
