Pardon to reply in a month after the mail, but still, this should already
be a FAQ of some kind.

Even though all the mentioned programms are great for some purposes, 
I seriously doubt they could beat the CommuniGatePro by Stalker Software
(www.stalker.com). Especially when it comes to millions of users.
