Then it says "See ipf(8) for instructions on how to define variables to be used from a shell environment. But man 8 ipf contains NO such instructions. Instructions need to be added to "man 8 ipf" "man ipnat.conf" says it supports the use of variable substitution throughout the text of the file. Then it says "See ipnat(8) for instructions on how to define variables to be used from a shell environment. But man 8 ipnat contains NO such instructions.
