Sorry, the attribution line got lost, I took this change in from
the Eidnes NetBSD port, it seems to me to be a perfectly reasonable
thing to do (the K4 UI can use all of the incremental help it can get),
plus the user is still -asked- if they want a random password, so there
is a case where it can be clarified.
Finally, given that this is kdb_edit, as opposed to passwd, I'm more inclined
to make UI changes that benefit sysadmins.

All of the documents on kerberos say to use "RANDOM". Are you sure
you want to do this change? It would be nice to have these changes
reviewed before commit.
