It's mentioned in the INND FAQ somewhere but I can't off the top of my
head remember what it is.  Its something to do with the 'crosslink' process
linking across file systems.  Usually the server only needs to make a
soft link, but sometimes it needs to make a new copy.
I think that there's a flag that you need to start INND with to make it do the
right thing.
