Synopsis: nvi loses edited file on network disconnection State-Changed-From-To: suspended->feedback State-Changed-By: edwin State-Changed-When: Thu Aug 7 01:59:33 UTC 2008 State-Changed-Why: I've tried several ways to reproduce it (on 7.0), but up to so far I always managed to get it back, except in one case (described below) What could have happened is that while you were editing, you saved the temporary message in the location elm specified ($HOME/tmp/foo most likely), you started a new line but didn't press escape yet to indicate the end of the current input. So the file should still be available in the temporary location elm had specified. Can I close this PR? http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=83195help
