When using the PCVT console driver, in visual UserConfig, the cursor
keys don't work.
The other keys (Tab, "q" etc.) still work OK.

Configure a kernel to use the PCVT console driver.
Boot the kernel with "-c".
Type "visual".
Try using the arrow keys.

Use the dumb console UserConfig, or don't use the PCVT console driver
