Ok, I think I got this one.  Sorry for the snippy initial response - it 
looks like Bruce broke SYSINITs for ELF.  The quick fix is probably to 
go back to rev 1.47 of sys/sys/kernel.h, I'll try to confirm this in a 
moment.
