 Please try to disable USB in BIOS.
 
 If that will drive you to a successful boot, please post us a verbose
 boot dmesg and `pciconf -lv' output.
 
 If you still experience problems, please try playing with ACPI settings
 and check your vendor for an updated BIOS version.
