On 7.2 RELEASE i386: atapci1: <Intel ICH7 SATA300 controller> port 0xe0e0-0xe0e7,0xe0d0-0xe0d3,0xe0c0-0xe0c7,0xe0b0-0xe0b3,0xe0a0-0xe0af irq 19 at device 31.2 on pci0 ad4: 476940MB <WDC WD5000AAKS-00YGA0 12.01C02> at ata2-master SATA150 ad6: 476940MB <WDC WD5000AAKS-00YGA0 12.01C02> at ata3-master SATA150 Motherboard is an Intel DG31PR The controller is correctly reported as SATA300, and the drives are both SATA-300, but they are reported and controlled as SATA150 in FreeBSD.
