Sorry if I've gotten the wrong end of the stick, but simply:-

Don't overclock the system to 150Mhz? - If it doesn't work at 150Mhz, don't
try to use it at 150Mhz?

I've seen P120's go to 133, but never to 150Mhz reliably...
