    lib/sysinstall       all_files.tcl create_paks create_zips 
                         export_db.tcl file_by_name.tcl 
                         import_db.tcl packagetool.tcl 
  Log:
  repo-copied to release/pkgtools to avoid duplication of similar
  functionalities
