If I create ~/.calendar/calendar with the following two lines:

03/SunFirst	test1
03/SunLast	test2

these obviously are supposed to be shown on first and last sunday of a March, respectively.

However:

% calendar -A 10 -B 10
Mar 17* test2
Mar 17* test1
