Good catch.  I rebuilt kernel without SYSV* extensions.

I've kldloaded sysv* kernel modules, sysctled kern.ipc.shm_allow_removed
and everything works fine.

Probably, we need to update pkg-message, i.e.
Please check SYSVSHM/whatever settings before report the bug.
