After some digging, I found the function devctl_notify in the kernel
sources (/usr/src/sys/kern/subr_bus.c). Is looks like the only way that eve=
nts
are sent to devd, correct? If so, I can just use "grep -A 1 -R 'devctl_noti=
fy('"
=66rom /usr/src/sys to find all types of events.

I'll go and pull the source for devd.conf from HEAD and 7-STABLE, and
incorporate what I find. Should I file a PR when I'm done?
