Hello, I've installed a new motherboard (Asus P4PE) on a box without changing the videocard (Asus GeForce2 GTS 32 Mo DDR). When I try XFree86 -xf86config /etc/X11/XF86Config, I get the following error: Symbol vgaHWUnmapMem from module /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/nv_drv.o is unresolved! Fatal server error: Caught signal 11. Server aborting From dmesg, I have: pcib0: <Host to PCI bridge> on motherboard pci0: <PCI bus> on pcib0 agp0: <Intel Generic host to PCI bridge> mem 0xf0000000-0xf7ffffff at device 0.0 on pci0 pcib1: <PCI to PCI bridge (vendor=8086 device=2561)> at device 1.0 on pci0 pci1: <PCI bus> on pcib1 pci1: <NVidia GeForce2 GTS graphics accelerator> at 0.0 irq 10 pcib2: <Intel 82801BA/BAM (ICH2) Hub to PCI bridge> at device 30.0 on pci0 pci2: <PCI bus> on pcib2 I've also tried to compile a new kernel with "device agp" and to load the kernel module, but I get always the same error. How can I get it to work? Thanks a lot! Pierre-Luc Drouin To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hardware" in the body of the message
