Anyone in the process of cvsup'ing to 4.1-Stable need to re-cvsup. The atapi-cd.c module was broken on 22 Aug for cd9660 CDROM's and changes were just committed to fix it. I haven't re-cvsup'ed but applied the changes manually. After rebooting to the new kernel, I could mount my 4.1-R CDROM's.
