>Description:
I attempted to install BSD 6.1 Rel on a BioStar MB with Nvidia nNforce 6100 chip set.

No support in BSD 6.1 for the Nic.

Had to change MB to VIA to make it work.

Found a unsupported Linux driver which the docs says is prone to lockups, no info how to make it work.

Just F.Y.I.

>How-To-Repeat:
buy a biostar mb with a Nforce 6100 chip set and try to install bsd.
>Fix:
add support in the next release of BSD 6.3, 6.4, etc to support the Nvidia Nforce ethernet controller(s).
