	Anyone sufficiently motivated to change the mail settings
(aliases, sendmail.cf, etc.) to actually make outgoing mail work is also
sufficiently motivated to change sendmail_flags to -q30m if they really
need to. Matt's point that mail to outside addresses is not likely to work
without twiddling is well taken.
