Some users have tried to create unofficial mirrors(e.g. USTC ), but this is not a very good option. So I think the Project can set an official mirror for FreeBSD-pkg in China. I think you could partner with some universities in China(like USTC,Tsinghua) that could provide a server space to run it. Best wishes.
