Run tcpdrop -l -a to have it output a list of the format it's expecting for
each active connection.  Try with the one in there to confirm you have proper
syntax.  You can get the 'No such process' if it's not matching the connection.

While this obviously won't fix the issue, you could write a quick cron to get
you by in the meantime if you are able to drop them.
