These aren't real NE2000's, they're "compatible with extensions".  I know
Addtron makes one; I don't know anyone else.  Since the card emulates
either an NE2k or a 8013, most people just run in in 8013 mode.

The NE2100 is a different beast and runs and amd chipset (I think), not
the standard NE2k chipset at all.  In UnixWare, the thing has a totally
seperate driver.
