Sorry to not jump in sooner, but I just wanted to say... The reason for this program is that it makes it easier for sysadmins and script writers to make sense of programs which they do not control the source for. The program will continue to work no matter how we expand or change errno.h. Best, George PS I'd like to paint it red.
