Hi all,

Today one of our (otherwise extremely reliable) 2.1.5 machines paniced.

It's a 486DX-33 with 16MB ram, Soundblaster with CDROM, Quantum LPS IDE
HD and two NE2000 compatible cards.

We use it as a firewall, and it runs Socks5 and smap/smapd from the fwtk.

The console message was:

panic: closef()<0

Syncing disks...

After rebooting it came up ok, and it looks like it's ok now.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause this?
