I recommend you take a different approach.
Go to a few vendors such as Micron, Dell, Compaq.
Tell them what you are looking for and tell them that you want it with
FreeBSD installed. Depending on how much you are spending you may even
get a loaner box for you to test.

For small purchases most companies would not bother with installation,
but once you start talking about  high priced systems, vendors become
much more flexible.
