..and if you expand this it accounts to a lot of wasted I/O and
processing (wear, power consumption and so on) and we already do this to
a bunch of ports. I'm not sure if it's special since it's been available
for the last 20 years (19 in bsdtar/libarchive) and we don't really need
to make builds even slower than what they already are.Just let go of
