Nope, it's a fresh install of 3.1, except for the PAO kernel, but now that
I think about it making PAO made changes to rc.conf, and I probably saw the
named.boot entre and ftped named.boot from my 2.2.7 machine think they were
runnning the same versions of named. 
At least now named is running... :)
