You can find it here: http://home.jp.freebsd.org/~gehenna/src/ It is possible that FreeBSD may be able to support the device with the addition of SCSI quirk entries. This is a very small change; it looks like that *might* be the case based on the information you've supplied. On the other hand, it might not be possible to support the device without a custom driver being written, this is the worst case scenario; many cheap USB-to-ATA enclosures have this problem.
