According to torstenb@tmpuhf.saar.de (Torsten Blum):
Mailbox-locking can be configured at runtime (add +flock_mailbox in
${PREFIX}/lib/smail/config). UUCP_SYSTEM_FILE should not point to
/etc/uucp/sys because we use the taylor config files which differs
from the old (HDB) config files (L.sys contains one line per system,
/etc/uucp/sys does not).
