It's true that OS X can't mount the freebsd filesystem (slightly =
disappointingly), but recall that the configuration in question[1] is on =
the DOS partition of the image, which is automounted when the card =
becomes visible, as /Volumes/BOOT.

Caveats: ...at least in my experience on OS X 10.8.5, and if we're =
talking about the same thing.
