I did send feedback to the gentleman in Japan who responded to me. He was
extremely helpful and the problem was solved within 12 hours. That's a
RECORD as far as I'm concerned. Let's see if M****s**t ever managed a
problem this well or this fast!
Anyway, the problem is solved and the matter should be closed, to the delight
of the submitter!
