Gentlemen:
I have been trying to install Freebsd without success.After learning I =
had some hardware problems and adjusting them I finally got the boot =
disk to work properly. I have tried to follow the directions using =
option #5 for a Novice installation, I inserted the wrong floppy and =
can't get to the point again where I can start installing again. The =
directions may be clear to some people but they don't much help a =
greenhorn =20
like myself. They don't exactly tell you when and how ; making your own =
kernel, how to set up the hard disk; etc.I am tired of using Windows 95 =
due to several=20
unexpected crashes. Any suggestions or ideas. Thanks Gerald Beisch
