Disappeared going from 2.2.5 -> 2.2.7 (not sure about 2.2.6)? Don't know why, but this was used in the chroot'd directory for customized smap, so now smap only knows GMT, not CDT. Just a tad obnoxious when all the other logs are CDT. At least the localtime from 2.2.5 will work. Reasons for change?
