Came with BIOS 1.10. I downloaded and burned a new 1.16 for it but never noticed any differences. IMHO The One Big Advantage my Adaptec has over my '875 is the Adaptec BIOS has onboard low level format and bad block management/scanning. To do the same with the '875 one has to do DOS. Possibly there is a newer BIOS I can flash into my '875? Is there a package for FreeBSD to prep problem SCSI disks?
