some skipping and other apparant multimedia timing issues seem to remain fr=

the earlier release in 14.1 RELEASE (anecdotally observed in an icecast str=
eam,
fed by ices) but it seems to be less frequent and much less severe from bef=
ore.

The problem seems to surface as multimedia timing errors in a live stream, =
as
if a timing correction is being inaccurately applied to the clock used by
icecast and/or ices (whichever one is applying the time codes to the audio
stream).
