Part of the apathy that companies show towards BSD is due to there not
being a legal corporate entity to sign an NDA.  It's a much less risky
proposition to enforce an NDA against RedHat than it is to enforce one
against Some Random Hacker.  It might be worthwhile to see if the
FreeBSD Foundation is interested in helping fill this role.
