IMHO as assistance is offered for net based installs, as well as installs from a DOS based partition I don't think it's that far out of order to ask for assistance in building a FreeBSD CD from the files available on the NET. If you don't wan't to offer to help then don't. Perhaps this would best be adressed by an addition to the FAQ?
