HTML.manifest: ============== index.html p33.html introduction.html history.html goals.html development.html This is when I "make DOC_LANG=en" but I get a BIG (2Mb?!) handbook compiled if I do "make DOC_LANG=en FORMATS=html".. and it is the complete handbook... but in one file!
