I am having trouble with my onboard Broadcom BCM5705 controller. It = looks like a similar problem to what I read about here: http://www.google.com/groups?hl=3Den&lr=3D&ie=3DUTF-8&selm=3D200307160000= .RAA22276%40huisne.wrs.com I have the 'plain' BCM5705, ASIC rev 0x3003. I looked at = /usr/src/sys/dev/bge/if_bge.c and increased all the DELAY(x) statements = by a factor of 10, recompiled the module and tried it, but I still get = the handshake timeout and chip init failure. -Will _____________________________________________ Will Saxon Systems Programmer - Network Services Department of Housing and Residence Education University of Florida Phone: (352) 392-2161 x10148 Emergency Cell: (352) 284-3955 Email: wills@housing.ufl.edu
