I am having trouble with my onboard Broadcom BCM5705 controller. It looks like a similar problem to what I read about here:

http://www.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&selm=200307160000.RAA22276%40huisne.wrs.com

I have the 'plain' BCM5705, ASIC rev 0x3003. I looked at /usr/src/sys/dev/bge/if_bge.c and increased all the DELAY(x) statements by a factor of 10, recompiled the module and tried it, but I still get the handshake timeout and chip init failure.
