No! Brett's claim is bogus. Accusing the University of ``foul play''
is not going to win any converts to the BSD license.
_Do_ feel free to write them and persuade them to use a less
restrictive license:
``To explore alternate licensing terms, contact the University at
csl-dist@cs.utah.edu or +1-801-585-3271.''
Brett probably wouldn't have gone balistic when reading
http://www.cs.utah.edu/projects/flux/oskit/LICENSE
if it had included some important text from the file it references
(doc/licensing.tex).
