Hi Rajen,

Can you send your sshd_config and your PAM file for SSH?

Is your account a typical Unix account or do you use an alternate 
authentication method (LDAP/OPIE/*SQL...)

Your rc.conf options, especially "sshd_*" sections may also be useful
