Mmmm..in relationship to a recent thread here..if I were to call someone
(a very well-known public figure -- none of you lot though) a money-crazy 
nutcase, whose business was saved by the skin of it's teeth due to
an agreement with a well-known software company, could I be sued ?

Or is that "fair-comment" ?
