I am partially to blame for this one.

I had submitted a PR some time ago to help install linux-sun-jdk14 on
amd64 which touched some linux ports including linux-expat and linux-gtk.

The linux-gtk part which was commited is different from the one in the PR.

The last patch in http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/75852
should be able to fix this error.
