I actually connect to the VM via RDP (from another PC), but when I took =
the screenshot and looked at the CPU, there is no active connection, =
neither VNC nor RDP.

I have tested the various editions of Win11, Pro, LTSC, IoT, and they =
all have the same CPU problem.
