I couldn't find any Canadian cities.  (I don't know too many Canadian
cities, though.)

If it only contains U.S. (including Puerto Rico, of course) zip codes,
then  PKGNAME and the port name should be changed to us-zipcodes and
the filename should be changed to us.zipcodes, I believe.
