In a properly-configured system, the files in / shouldn't change (nor should new files be added), so / should should stay at 89% used indefinitely. By default, user home directories are in /usr/home (which has lots of free space), and system logs and mail are in /var (which also has lots of space.) > and/or how can i tell which files are the largest and need to be addressed?
