Do you have core.txt.1 and can it be attached? (The secondary panic may still be something we would prefer to harden in UF= S, but it probably isn't the root cause here.) Another good thing to confirm is that these disks are intact and not corrup= ting contents. For the ones that support SMART, kick off a long self-test with= =20 'smartctl --test=3Dlong /dev/foo' and in a few hours check results with 'sm= artctl --all /dev/foo'.
