Log:
put the pid file in /var/db rather than /var/run since gated uses it
more of a database than a runtime file. It does it's own locking on the
assumption that it won't be removed on boot. It's also saved from the
common 'rm -f /var/run/*' on boot (which on freebsd used to happen AFTER
gated was started, which upset a lot of things).
