The following reply was made to PR kern/5987; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Studded <Studded@dal.net> To: freebsd-gnats-submit@freebsd.org, ltolent@ultrix6.cs.csubak.edu Cc: Subject: Re: kern/5987: Kernel Table is Full! Date: Sun, 22 Mar 1998 12:53:39 -0800 Please visit http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/handbook37.html and take a look at the instruction on compiling a new kernel. Specifically you want to dramatically raise the number for "maxusers." This should eliminate your problem entirely. Please respond to the freebsd-gnats-submit address when you've had a chance to give that a try and tell us how it went. :) Good luck, Doug To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
